This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Esslinger Data Engineering for the software accompanying this License Agreement, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By exercising your rights to make and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, you may not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. All rights are reserved. Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without the prior written consent of the copyright owner.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Esslinger Data Engineering reserves the right to make changes without notice at any time. Esslinger Data Engineering makes no warranty, expressed, implied or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchandibility or fitness for any particular purpose, or that the use will not infringe any third patent, copyright or trademark. Esslinger Data Engineering is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
